POSITION OVERVIEW //
As a Customer Experience Associate at Empireave, you will oversee the complete spectrum of customer engagement related to online transactions. This includes managing the order process, overseeing shipping logistics, and facilitating returns for all E-Commerce activities. You will serve as the primary liaison for internal operations and customer service teams.
This is a full-time role that reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //
- Oversee and manage store operations
- Conduct inventory management and reporting
- Meet and exceed sales objectives
- Handle staffing, recruitment, training, and team development
- Ensure effective merchandising presentation and stock replenishment
- Lead and motivate the store team
QUALIFICATIONS //
- Strong affinity for phone communication with exceptional phone etiquette
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
