POSITION OVERVIEW //

As a Customer Experience Associate at Empireave, you will oversee the complete spectrum of customer engagement related to online shopping. This includes, but is not limited to, managing order placements, overseeing shipping logistics, and facilitating the returns process for all E-Commerce transactions. You will serve as the primary liaison for various operational teams.

This is a full-time role that reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //

- Manage and operate the store effectively

- Oversee inventory management and reporting

- Meet and exceed sales objectives

- Handle staffing, recruitment, training, and development

- Ensure effective merchandising presentation and restocking

- Lead and motivate the store team

QUALIFICATIONS //

- Strong affinity for phone communication with exceptional skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

- Proficient computer skills

- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing tasks efficiently

- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
