Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming clients, understanding their concerns, and addressing inquiries effectively. Building strong relationships with customers is essential.
  • Appointment Management: Organize and schedule appointments for vehicle maintenance, repairs, and other services.
  • Cost Assessment: Provide clients with precise estimates for repair costs and service fees, including parts and labor. Demonstrate proficiency in sales and service documentation.
  • Maintenance Recommendations: Advise clients on necessary maintenance services based on vehicle mileage, manufacturer specifications, and overall vehicle condition.
  • Parts Procurement and Inventory Control: Manage the ordering of essential parts and components for vehicle services while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
  • Effective Communication: Act as a communication bridge between clients and the service department, offering updates on repair status, estimated completion times, and any additional work required.
  • Post-Service Follow-up: Reach out to clients after service completion to ensure satisfaction and address any potential concerns.
  • Record Maintenance: Keep accurate records of client interactions, service history, repairs conducted, and payments processed, utilizing computerized systems as necessary.
