Position Overview:
Under general supervision, Customer Service Specialists in Retail provide guidance and education to each client regarding their individual cannabis needs.
Customer Service Specialists assist every patient to ensure they receive the appropriate medication that will best address their specific health conditions.
In adult-use markets, Customer Service Specialists are expected to deliver exceptional customer care while supporting the Company's core values and culture.
The Customer Service Specialist collaborates closely with the leadership of the dispensing facility to achieve results in a dynamic environment where systems and processes are continually evolving.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ensuring all intake forms and other documentation are accurately completed and filed, then entering all relevant information into company databases for future reference.
Delivering outstanding Customer Care by fostering and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Responding to inquiries from customers regarding products, training, and general information.
Managing patient records through the use of state and company databases.
Updating and maintaining databases as necessary.
Processing customer orders.
Responsible for the sales and promotion of all product offerings.
Building and sustaining a high level of integrity and trust for specific products.
Minimum Qualifications (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities):
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Two years of direct customer service experience required.
Retail experience is a significant advantage.
Familiarity with Point-of-Sales systems.
Proficient understanding of and experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Outlook.
Additional Abilities Required:
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is required to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods, use hands for manual tasks, and lift or move up to 10 pounds (or more with assistance).
