Job Summary

Don Roberto Jewelers is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recovery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service and collections department, you will be responsible for reviewing and understanding delinquent customer accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that customer accounts are recovered in accordance with Federal and State laws, and company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read, analyze, and manage cases related to bankruptcies and P&L's
  • Complete and submit adjustments sheets for processing
  • Find effective methods to locate customers with delinquent accounts
  • Contact customers with delinquent accounts and negotiate payment arrangements
  • Resolve any customer complaints related to collections in a respectful and professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent certification preferred
  • 1 year of customer service or clerical experience
  • Active listening | Problem solving skills
  • Accuracy | Effectiveness | Organized
  • Microsoft Office Suites | IBM System, a plus
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Bilingual: English | Spanish, a requirement
  • Ability to work flexible Schedule

Work Environment
