POSITION OVERVIEW //

As a Customer Experience Associate at Empireave, you will oversee the complete spectrum of customer engagement related to online transactions. This includes, but is not limited to, managing order placements, overseeing shipping processes, and facilitating returns for all E-Commerce activities. You will serve as the primary liaison for internal operations and customer service teams.

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Customer Service Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES //

- Manage and operate the store effectively

- Oversee inventory management and reporting

- Meet and exceed sales objectives

- Handle staffing, recruitment, training, and development

- Ensure effective merchandising presentation and restocking

- Lead and motivate the store team

QUALIFICATIONS //

- Strong affinity for phone communication with exceptional phone etiquette

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient computer skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
