We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention and Expansion Specialist to join our team at SolarWinds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive customer growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and outreach.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a technology-related field.
  • Proven track record of success in customer retention and expansion.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
