We are seeking a skilled Customer Retention and Expansion Specialist to join our team at SolarWinds. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive customer growth and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in a technology-related field.
- Proven track record of success in customer retention and expansion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
