Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual with business expertise in Customer Success and Support to join our team. As a Gainsight operations expert, you will evaluate our current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement new and more efficient ways of working.

You will play a critical role in defining the Customer Success and Support operational strategy, leading execution for key KPIs, and providing recommendations based on insights. You will be part of a team that has a direct impact on the success of the business and client churn.

You will analyze business application data to provide strategic and actionable business insights, drive customer expansion and retention, and improve internal operational efficiency.

We're looking for a positive, creative, and curious individual with a customer service heart and mindset. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining ad hoc reporting and recurring analytics for Customer Success, Support, and Advocacy teams.

You will be a natural multi-tasker with excellent analytical, technological, and communication skills. You will have a strong collaboration and ability to build trust with internal customers and across organizations.

Minimum qualifications include prior success in a business operations or customer success operations role, subject matter expertise with Gainsight and Salesforce, and experience with Tableau, SiSense, and/or Sumologic.

Desired qualifications include practical knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R or a desire to learn.
