At DealHub, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our Austin, TX team. As a key member of our Success team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers get the most out of our sales engagement and revenue optimization solutions.

Your primary goal will be to build strong relationships with our SMB customers, driving satisfaction, retention, and expansion opportunities. You'll lead customer meetings, training sessions, and quarterly business reviews, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS companies, excellent customer-facing skills, and a proven track record of leading onboarding and implementation processes. You should also be comfortable leading workshops and technical training sessions, and have experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot.

As a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll identify upsell and expansion opportunities, work closely with our Sales team, and ensure a seamless customer experience.   • Manage a large portfolio of SMB customers across different stages of their journey.
  • Lead customer meetings, training sessions, QBRs, follow-ups, and more.
  • Understand customers' business objectives and proactively identify opportunities to drive value and ROI.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance and best practices to optimize their usage and adoption of our platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for customer needs and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers and proactively identify and address any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts, working closely with the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Customer Success Manager from SaaS companies.
  • Excellent customer-facing approach with fluent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Comfortable leading workshops and technical training sessions.
  • Proven hands-on experience with leading onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Proven experience and understanding of CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics/Hubspot).
  • Good understanding of sales and business processes.
  • Act as the trusted advisor in front of C-suite and senior levels.
  • Have a 'can-do' approach, great problem-solving and work-under-pressure ability.
  • Love working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CPQ tools (an advantage).
