About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually curious Support Analyst to join our Client Billing team at INSPYR Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage centralized department email inbox, reviewing and responding to incoming emails and distributing them to the appropriate parties.
  • Distribute over 3,500 monthly/quarterly client invoices via email, mail, payment portal, and fax.
  • Support department billing functions with administrative tasks, including requesting and entering third-party data, maintaining and updating client billing contacts, and monitoring the workflow process for invoices with account managers for review.
  • Manage centralized phone lines, schedule department meetings, prepare and manage agendas, organize department events, prepare expense reports, and code expenses in Readsoft.
  • Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documentation, manage data of client billing invoices, including entering fees and related data into various internal systems, and file soft copy invoices in compliance with the internal Document Retention Policy.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of data input into the accounting system (SAP), Billing System, Control Logs, and other internal systems.
Position Requirements
  • Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, and/or Technology.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a corporate support or accounts receivable role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Experience in AI solutions (i.e., Alteryx or Python) is a plus.
  • Possess intellectual curiosity, be an inquisitive self-starter, and quick learner, adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills.
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work with a strong sense of accountability, integrity, and ownership.
  • Able to respond effectively to inquiries from various levels of management and develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external contacts.
