Digital Solutions Manager Job Description

This is an in-field digital media sales position that requires collaboration with a team to drive business growth.

Townsquare Ignite offers a unique combination of digital properties, proprietary advertising technology, and first-party data collection, making it an attractive opportunity for a Digital Solutions Manager.

As a Digital Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business prospects, securing new clients, and managing business relationships to meet client needs and objectives.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role that requires handling multiple clients and opportunities daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage pipeline and meet digital sales goals individually and for the team
  • Build relationships with local businesses and agencies to provide insights and guidance
  • Leverage entrepreneurial mindset to solve complex problems and tailor solutions for each customer
  • Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to demonstrate subject matter expertise and provide industry insights
  • Cultivate new business and collaborate with team members to grow existing business
  • Take ownership of the pre- and post-sale process to exceed customer expectations and deliver results
  • Interpret performance reports and use data to make campaign recommendations
  • Be a strategic sales leader who creates future value for Townsquare and delivers immediate results
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of digital sales quota achievement
  • Proven track record of selling digital marketing products
  • Proven track record of success in growing new business
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of digital research tools and methodologies
  • Superior presentation, interpersonal, and communications skills
  • IAB Certification (preferred)
  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 2 years of digital sales experience
