Job Title: Senior Web Content Management Specialist

Omni Inclusive is seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Content Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercialization IT organization, you will be responsible for planning, delivering, and operating web content management platform capabilities and associated integrations with other internal or external systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Web Content Management tools, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a focus on front-end development. They will also have experience with building or authoring AEM websites using templates/components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the IT matrix team to plan and deliver technical product capabilities.
  • Support the Product Owner in planning out the product roadmap.
  • Assess requirements and product gaps, and be part of the roadmap.
  • Manage the build, delivery, and operations of product features.
  • Monitor quality and performance of product features in real-time.
  • Perform maintenance tasks to ensure reliability, durability, and scalability of automated processes.
  • Develop and manage the product test plan.
  • Support user acceptance and regression testing of product modules.
  • Understand existing product capabilities and stay up to date with weekly rollout of new product features.
  • Support channel delivery team with advance site setup or product-related questions.
  • Support analyzing site design needs and help build sample design pages using available product components.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Expert in website code/module debugging and issue analysis.
  • Support CSS styles or JS script code for some site-specific functionality and help create user-stories if new enhancement required in existing components.
  • Provide recommendations for technology strategy and roadmaps for content management product capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement such as increasing productivity or cost savings.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Web Content Management tools, specifically Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a focus on front-end development.
  • Hands-on experience with building or authoring AEM websites using templates/components.
  • Preferred experience of product management within the healthcare domain.
  • Support Product Owner from a technical standpoint to ensure robust product delivery.
  • Manage build, test, and deployment processes for the product rollouts.
  • Manage product QA/UAT/Post PTP testing process.
  • Build/Manage effective authoring guide and training videos for product modules.
  • Prepare sample page for agencies/channel delivery team for better support when new features and capabilities rolled out on platform.
  • Help manage Authoring guide, DesignLab for product authors and come up with creative usage of components to support more design variations.
  • Prepare and Manage Product Technical FAQs.
  • Support Channel delivery team with site setup activities/Pre-PTP/Post-PTP/Production issues.
  • Strong interest in proactive learning and a keen enthusiasm for process optimization.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

  • Demonstrated experience in the planning and execution of product capabilities for Digital marketing domain.

Other Experience:

  • Working knowledge of agile software-development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Ability to lead the analysis of complex business needs and translate those into compelling and actionable strategic plans to improve product.
  • Demonstrated ability to support a dynamic culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Potential to develop into an internally and externally recognized thought-leader in the field of omni-channel capabilities, solutions, and services.
  • Ability to scan technical landscape for leading edge solutions and create business cases for new investments, including level of effort/cost required to implement solutions and services, and managing the delivery process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 2-5 years of hands-on industry work experience in the websites domain.
  • Strong business knowledge with proven digital technology experience.
  • Familiarity with agile development cycle and awareness of the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Capable of working cooperatively across boundaries and within a matrix to achieve results.
  • A strong business sense and deep understanding of the digital landscape.
