Role Overview:

The Client Services Coordinator will provide professional and courteous service to our clients, carrier representatives, and colleagues at 5H2 Hub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Certificates of Insurance
  • Complete Evidence of Property documentation
  • Request Loss Runs from insurance carriers
  • Prepare Summaries of Insurance
  • Verify policy accuracy against the Insurance quote and Broker Management System
  • Manage Audits, Endorsement requests, and renewals
  • Create renewal kits and marketing materials
  • Update client records and policy information in the broker management system
  • Handle correspondence, including address updates
  • Provide backup support for reception and administrative tasks
  • Assist Account Managers with various responsibilities as needed

Your Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in commercial lines (preferred)
  • Property and Casualty producer's license or willingness to obtain one within 90 days of employment
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience

Travel: No Travel Required

Education: High school diploma or equivalent
