About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our customer base by introducing our unique software solutions to current clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, has a strong ability to build relationships, and is driven to succeed.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, while also maintaining existing relationships with clients.
- Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients to promote Rand Worldwide software solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage cross-functional expertise and drive sales results.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Salary & Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is between $75,000 and $125,000 per year, including a base salary of $45,000 to $55,000 and commissions. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, short- and long-term disability insurance, wellness programs, paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave, as well as 401(k) matching and tuition reimbursement.
