Frost Brown Todd LLP is a prominent national law firm comprising over 1000 legal and business professionals across various markets. We are currently seeking a committed Accounts Receivable Specialist to become an integral part of our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate accounts receivable at both client and matter levels, collaborate with Billing Attorneys, reach out to clients for prompt payments, address challenging receivables, and provide management with insights on payment patterns.
  • Conduct collection calls in a professional manner, uphold customer relationships, and resolve billing discrepancies swiftly.
  • Identify causes of delinquency, discuss findings with management, and oversee assigned accounts.
  • Maintain communication with attorneys regarding efforts and status of overdue accounts, and work alongside the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely payment postings.
  • Accurately document client financial status and collection activities.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in collections with strong communication abilities.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Access.
  • Familiarity with Aderant Software.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
