Position Summary

The Beverage Specialist is responsible for delivering an outstanding guest experience by providing prompt and friendly service while being attentive to guests' needs. This role is crucial in maintaining the vibrant atmosphere that our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Ensure guests receive an unparalleled experience through exceptional service.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
  3. Accurately take and process food and drink orders.
  4. Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  5. Monitor guest behavior and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  6. Handle financial transactions accurately and maintain accountability for cash and credit card operations.
  7. Engage with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns promptly.
  8. Participate in promotional activities and assist in driving sales.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and high morale.

Qualifications

While prior experience in a similar role is preferred, we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements
