Equine Care Specialist

Position Summary:
We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Equine Care Specialists. This role involves comprehensive care for thoroughbred racehorses, focusing on their daily needs and overall health.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily feeding and hydration for the horses.
- Maintain cleanliness of stalls and living areas.
- Perform grooming tasks including brushing and hoof care.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor the physical condition of the horses.
- Assist in the application of liniments and bandages as necessary.
- Care for a manageable number of horses, ensuring each receives individual attention.
Work Schedule:
This position requires a split shift, with morning hours from 5 AM to 11 AM and afternoon hours from 3 PM to 5 PM. Days off will rotate.
Compensation and Benefits:
The hourly wage for this position is competitive, with opportunities for overtime. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided at no cost. Optional housing may be available for employees.
