As a Digital Product Specialist, you will be responsible for providing a high-quality car buying experience starting online. Your primary focus will be on responding to customer online leads in a timely manner and answering questions with accurate and pertinent information.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer online leads in a timely manner and answer questions with accurate and pertinent information.
  • Initiate and maintain relationships with customers through outbound sales activities.
  • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle that best fits their budget.
  • Accurately log activities on the internal lead management system.
