What You'll Do
As a Patient Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating patient care in our licensed clinics. Your duties will include:
- Answering and triaging calls, directing patients to the right department or individual.
- Scheduling appointments, surgeries, and ancillary services.
- Verifying insurance and processing referrals.
- Sorting and depositing mail and patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Building and maintaining physician appointment schedules.
- Performing courier and transport services, including medication delivery and return.
- Assisting with all work assignments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience working with insurance companies and obtaining authorizations.
