About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to join our team at Canal Service Corp. As the first PMM for Brand Network, you'll have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business while working closely with our network of 800+ vibrant brands.

This is a chance to work in a small and agile Marketing team of two, reporting directly to our Marketing Lead. You'll have the freedom to jump across projects and tackle a diverse set of strategic and tactical challenges that drive growth and movement across the funnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute strategies to acquire and retain Retailer and Supplier customers
  • Pitch and deliver on end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive excitement and engagement for our customers
  • Partner with Paid, Design, Sales, and Product teams to support cross-functional growth initiatives
  • Support our Sales team with top-of-funnel generation, including in-person events, webinars, and high-value gated content
  • Conduct market and user research to track sentiment about Canal and propose opportunities to further our brand
  • Evolving Canal's messaging and positioning to differentiate us in the market
  • Manage product and feature launches, in partnership with Product
  • Be a strong customer champion in influencer go-to-market and product strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing, demand gen, lifecycle, email, or digital marketing, product management, or user insights-related fields at a B2B tech company
  • B2B marketing experience and understanding of what excellence looks like
  • Autonomous and comfortable developing strategies on your own
  • Data-driven, curious, and comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Proactive communicator and comfortable working in a hybrid environment
  • Team player and relationship builder, experienced with working cross-functionally
  • Passionate about consumer brands and retail
  • Fast-paced and have a bias toward action
