Role Summary

The Entry Level Personal Assistant at Web Craft Stylers will be responsible for providing both administrative and personal assistance to senior management. This position requires effective management of schedules, communication handling, and support for various tasks to facilitate seamless daily operations. The successful candidate will exhibit exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and manage daily schedules for executives, including appointments and travel logistics.
  • Handle communications, including emails and phone correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and accommodations.
  • Run errands and perform personal tasks as required.
  • Support the organization of events and meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing and data entry.
  • Assist various departments with projects and tasks as needed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are advantageous.
  • Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
