Compensation: $16 - $18 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 1st Shift
This role requires 100% onsite presence with no remote work options available.
LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a proficient Real Estate Administrative Coordinator for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position is tailored for a meticulous individual possessing a minimum of two years in property administration.
Core Responsibilities:
- Office Administration: Ensure a well-organized office atmosphere, oversee inventory of office supplies, manage mail flow, and coordinate maintenance tasks.
- Tenant Communication: Act as the main liaison for tenant interactions, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and promptness.
- Lease Management: Support the administration of lease contracts, renewals, and terminations. Keep precise records of lease documents and ensure adherence to lease agreements.
- Financial Oversight: Handle rent processing, manage accounts receivable, and assist in budgeting and financial reporting activities.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Organize and schedule property maintenance, inspections, and vendor services. Prepare meeting agendas and document minutes accurately.
- Document Organization: Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring documents are accessible and properly archived. Assist in the creation and formatting of reports and presentations.
- Data Management: Input data accurately into various systems and databases. Keep property management records updated and precise.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the property management team, including calendar management, expense report preparation, and support for special projects as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in property administration is essential.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with property management software is advantageous.
