Position Overview:
We invite applications from candidates who meet the following qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional office environment (such as Facilities Management, Office Management, or Legal Office)
  • Proven expertise in process enhancement, proposal creation, and execution
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Background in inventory management, including ordering and allocation

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise staff responsibilities across various offices
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Ensure that staff notary licenses and attorney registrations are current and compliant
  • Oversee workflow and productivity
  • Handle maintenance requests for building management and external service providers
  • Conduct legal conflict checks and maintain adherence to firm policies
  • Manage documentation and filing systems
