Job Overview

Stark Tech is a leading provider of innovative facilities and energy solutions. We're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, guests, and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage phone calls, mail, and Reception and Conference Rooms with precision and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate and support the daily activities of our corporate Innovation Center.
  • Provide concierge-level customer service and support to clients, guests, and employees.
  • Utilize technical skills to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, education, or business.
  • Minimum of three years of Reception/Administrative experience in a confidential, professional services environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience with Event Coordination and software such as Concur T&E, Adobe, and Photoshop.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.
