Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work directly with data recovery engineers to report findings and provide updates to customers.
  • Answer questions about the technical process of data recovery and associated pricing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of sales experience, with a strong background in customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Phone sales skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and evaluate customer needs.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
