Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team at Connor Co. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Provide expert knowledge of HVAC products and services to customers, including features, benefits, and applications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in HVAC industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new products, services, and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to think critically and make sound decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
