Job Description

Resolute Industrial, LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to spearhead our market development initiatives in the HVAC rental industry.

We are looking for a proactive professional with a strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market.

The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to penetrate new markets while maintaining and nurturing existing relationships. This includes conducting direct sales calls and presentations to targeted customer segments across the designated market area.

The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. They will also maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of proven success in Outside Sales, preferably within the HVAC or industrial rental market.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Technical, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to successfully pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
  • Willingness to spend 90%+ of time in the field engaging with clients.
  • Experience in commercial and/or industrial product sales, particularly within the HVAC rental industry.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC and electrical systems, including their functionalities.
  • Knowledge of the construction contracting and engineering processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Healthcare, Higher Education, Industrial/Manufacturing, and Commercial Real Estate is desirable.
  • Competitive drive and a commitment to achieving sales objectives.
  • Mechanical aptitude and proficient problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in Excel, Windows, Outlook, CRM systems, and other relevant software.
