Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for determining customer needs, developing solutions, and selling HVAC service agreements for commercial clients.

Specific Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Contacting Potential Clients
  • Regularly Updating the Proposal Log
  • Collaborating with Other Team Members
  • Completing Customer Satisfaction Sheets
  • Determining Customer Needs and Estimating Work
  • Developing and Presenting Solutions
  • Monitoring and Meeting Sales Plan Goals
  • Developing Long-Term Relationships
  • Assisting the Team in Creating a Successful Sales Strategy
Requirements
  • 5+ Years of Experience in HVAC, Mechanical, or Related Sales
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Organized and Self-Motivated with Excellent Communication Skills
  • Professional Manner and Appearance
  • Ability to Multitask and Perform Duties Outside of Scope
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Technical or Business Discipline
Travel Requirements
  • 15% of Time Spent Traveling to Job Sites/Office Locations
Physical/Work Environment Requirements
  • Prolonged Periods of Sitting and Working on a Computer
  • Ascending and Descending Ladders, Stairs, Scaffolding, Ramps, and/or Poles
  • Climbing Stairs
  • Moving Self in Different Positions to Accomplish Tasks
