Job Summary

Aero Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and qualifying leads, surveying customer sites, and generating Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and qualify leads within the southeastern MA territory for Preventive Maintenance agreements through cold-calling and lead generation efforts.
  • Survey customer sites to determine the customers' relevant HVAC maintenance needs.
  • Assess the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through the use of maintenance estimating software.
  • Generate Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipment.
  • Meet sales targets and communicate the company's core value of safety and project-specific safety requirements, goals, and objectives.
  • Maintain and promote a teamwork attitude.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience with a proven ability to develop own leads, develop relationships, and close sales.
  • Must have an associate's degree, trade experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • HVAC experience is helpful.
  • Self-starter, articulate, and dependable with a goal-driven and self-motivated attitude.
  • Outgoing and upbeat personality with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word and Excel).
  • Strong verbal and written skills with a valid driver's license in good standing.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without needing current or future sponsorship.
