Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Kärcher North America. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales leadership experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
