Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls and assist guests with making, modifying, or canceling their reservations.
  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to all inquiries.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the hotels and resorts, including room categories, operational procedures, amenities, and policies.
  • Stay informed about current pricing, promotional offers, and package details, ensuring guests are aware of included benefits.
  • Accurately gather and document all necessary information from guests during the reservation process, including any specific requests or notes.
  • Clearly communicate reservation policies regarding guarantees, cancellations, and no-shows to guests.
  • Adhere to the established guidelines and protocols of the Call Center.
  • Assist in processing manual reservations, including those from third-party sources.
  • Carry out daily administrative tasks and any additional assignments as directed by supervisors or management.
