    We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around $60,000 annually, commensurate with experience.


Job Description

    As an Executive Service Coordinator at Contessa - Boston, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Anticipating guests' needs and providing top-notch service to exceed expectations.
  • Inspecting the dining room, table settings, and other areas to ensure impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance.
  • Addressing guest concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.


Required Skills and Qualifications

    To excel in this position, you must possess:

  • A professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a friendly attitude.
  • The drive to deliver exceptional service and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.
  • The ability to work flexible full-time hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • The physical stamina to stand/walk for 8 hours, lift 30 pounds, and perform bending, pushing, and pulling tasks.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including POS systems, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
