This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in pastry arts and excellent leadership skills. You will work closely with our culinary team to create seasonal menus and ensure that all pastries and baked goods meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily production of pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
- Develop and implement new recipes and menu items.
- Maintain high levels of quality and presentation in all pastry products.
- Lead and motivate a team of pastry chefs and assistants.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and services.
