About Grow Therapy

Grow Therapy is a rapidly scaling startup that empowers therapists and patients through technology. As a Strategic Partnerships Business Growth Associate, you will play a crucial role in developing and strengthening relationships with new partners and expanding our outreach motions for new and existing channels.

The ideal candidate has previous business development or sales experience at a fast-growing startup, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams. Experience in the mental healthcare space is a plus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Researching contacts and priorities at potential partners
  • Developing relationships with key referral partners through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and on-site meetings
  • Contributing to creative strategies to help finalize partnerships or develop new relationships with partners that are of high value to our organization and mission
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the Partnerships team, Growth team, and Recruitment team to test new business development strategies
  • Analyzing new opportunities for partnerships at Grow and making recommendations on where to invest or prioritize organizational resources

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous business development or sales experience at a fast-growing startup
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams
  • Experience in or exposure to the healthcare industry, with familiarity of the basic operations between payors, providers, and patients
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and experience working within a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc)
