Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team at Spectrum Reach. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
  • Manage a portfolio of demand partners, including SSPs, DSPs, data/tech platforms, and retail media networks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in programmatic sales, demand generation, and partnership management.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • At least 6 years of experience in CTV programmatic sales, with a proven track record of achieving multi-million dollar sales goals.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of demand partners and developing strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and market trends.
Compensation and Benefits

The base pay for this position is between $83,200.00 and $126,000.00 per year, depending on location and qualifications. This position also has a commission earnings target starting at $60,933.00 per year. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
