**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Developer to drive business growth through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a partnership program that amplifies our growth. Your primary focus will be on increasing revenue through strategic marketing with BPOs, agencies, and tech partners.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead partnership strategy: Create and execute Siena AI's partnership program, focusing on increasing revenue through strategic marketing with BPOs, agencies, and tech partners.
- Build and nurture relationships: Develop strong, long-term partnerships. Manage the entire process from finding leads to closing deals, always aiming for the best return on investment.
- Drive business growth through partnerships: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to integrate partner products and create joint marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience working with strategic tech/ecommerce partners and building GTM relationships with revenue accountability
- Proven track record of exceeding partner/channel and alliance revenue targets
- Deep knowledge of the martech landscape, including current innovations and industry-leading strategies
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a talent for clear communication, persuasive negotiation, and fostering strong professional connections
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market insights and make strategic choices based on data
- Proven track record in management roles, showcasing ability to cultivate talent and create a positive, high-achieving team environment
