Key Responsibilities

  • Directs and manages the planning and execution of concrete frame and formwork projects.
  • Conducts jobsite inspections and audits focusing on shoring, rebar/post-tension installation, safety, and quality assurance.
  • Accountable for overseeing project productivity, costs, quality, and safety in alignment with company standards.
  • Leads assigned projects, collaborating with local teams to establish processes for comprehensive concrete solutions.
  • Interprets rebar shop drawings, post-tension shop drawings, and structural blueprints.
  • Supervises the performance and development of Assistant Project Managers.
  • Cultivates and maintains client relationships to enhance the company's project procurement capabilities, mitigate risks, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitors overall safety and quality aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Aids in the development and coordination of material and equipment schedules, promoting their effective utilization.
  • Manages and coordinates all subcontractor and vendor agreements along with related processes and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in concrete frame project management.
  • At least five (5) years of specialized experience in commercial concrete shell construction with similar key responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with all organizational levels, customers, and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and organize substantial amounts of information related to project plans, material deliveries, and jobsite productivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • In-depth knowledge of safety protocols and relevant OSHA regulations.
  • Willingness to travel and work on projects outside of the home office for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and delivering sales presentations and negotiating contracts within the construction sector is advantageous.
  • Advanced familiarity with web-based project management software tools for tracking and managing projects and tasks.
