Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee contracted services, including architectural, engineering, construction, and relocation services.
  • Monitor project phases and address changes to scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Take corrective actions and integrate related functions, such as facilities management and security.
  • Provide and review project materials for accuracy.
  • Work with management and clients to determine project budgets and schedules.
  • Implement Newmark standards throughout all projects.
  • Provide accurate project documentation and record maintenance.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Facilities Management, or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 5+ years of related Project Manager experience.
