Key Responsibilities

  • Directs and manages the planning and execution of concrete frame and formwork initiatives.
  • Conducts site inspections and audits focusing on shoring, rebar/post-tension installations, safety protocols, and quality assurance.
  • Accountable for overseeing project efficiency, budget adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance in line with company policies.
  • Leads assigned projects, collaborating with local teams to create processes for comprehensive concrete solutions.
  • Interprets rebar shop drawings, post-tension shop drawings, and structural blueprints.
  • Guides the performance and development of Assistant Project Managers.
  • Cultivates and maintains client relationships to enhance the company's project acquisition capabilities, mitigate risks, and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Monitors overall safety and quality aspects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Aids in the development and coordination of material and equipment schedules, promoting their optimal utilization.
  • Manages and coordinates all subcontractor and vendor agreements along with associated processes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or a comparable combination of education and relevant professional experience in concrete frame project management.
  • At least five (5) years of specialized experience in commercial concrete shell construction with similar key responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with all organizational levels, customers, and vendors.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze and organize substantial amounts of information regarding project layouts, material deliveries, and site productivity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
  • Willingness to travel and work for extended periods on projects outside the office area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in developing and delivering sales presentations and negotiating contracts within the construction sector is advantageous.
  • Advanced proficiency in web-based project management software tools for tracking and managing projects and tasks.
