We are seeking a committed professional to take on the role of Residential Project Coordinator. In this position, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Project Manager to facilitate lot adjustments and preparations for new home installations across various communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in conducting site evaluations for new homes.
- Investigate local regulations regarding home placements.
- Oversee the logistics of shipping, arrival, and installation of new residences.
- Evaluate current home sites to determine necessary modifications.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for home setup and logistics.
- Be prepared to travel up to 60% to different community sites.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, a High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Familiarity with construction processes and facilities management.
- Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential.
