  • Assist the Senior Project Manager in conducting site evaluations for new homes.
  • Investigate local regulations regarding home placements.
  • Oversee the logistics of shipping, arrival, and installation of new residences.
  • Evaluate current home sites to determine necessary modifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for home setup and logistics.
  • Be prepared to travel up to 60% to different community sites.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, a High School Diploma or GED is required.

  • Excellent customer service and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.
