About the Role

Ceco Concrete Construction is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning and implementation of concrete frame and formwork projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans and schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage project productivity, costs, and quality to meet company objectives.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to enhance business opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Supervise and mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial concrete construction project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Advanced knowledge of safety and OSHA regulations.
