Customer Service Representative

Pioneer Bank, National Association is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our banking team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service and solutions to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Transaction Processing: Process all transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and identify opportunities to build relationships with clients and promote financial products and services.
- Compliance: Adhere to all policies and procedures to maintain compliance standards and ensure a secure banking environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with branch colleagues to build relationships with clients and promote financial products and services.
- Education: High School graduate (or GED) required, or current high school student anticipating graduation.
- Mathematical Skills: Strong mathematical skills required for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience: Minimum of six months cash handling experience and customer service experience preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and systems.
