- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service department in a fast-paced print manufacturing environment.
- Act as a liaison among production personnel, sales teams, clients, and customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement department procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce redundancy and downtime.
- Assign work and review job orders to ensure all components are in place to meet quality and on-time production standards.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to customer service representatives.
- Attend production meetings and communicate with customer service representatives and sales teams on job status and updates.
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Coordinate the provision of quality samples to clients.
- Review and edit quotes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Approve invoices and ensure timely payment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Lead Print CSR and/or Supervisor in a print manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of prepress, offset, and digital printing and binding operations.
- Ability to read and interpret print estimates, job orders, and accounting ledgers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and manage multiple printing projects.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and the internet.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $70,000, plus benefits, 401(k), and relocation assistance.
