- Ensures the accurate setup of Planograms (POG) within the store.

- Adapts to changes and shifts priorities as necessary.
- Analyzes sales reports to identify trends and formulate strategies to achieve both personal and store objectives.
- Utilizes the FAST model to consistently meet sales goals and corporate objectives.

Responsible for the full oversight of a multi-unit retail environment, including all personnel and operational responsibilities, such as hiring and training.
AVAILABILITY
Must be flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail.
