  • Oversees the execution of Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPIS) processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Ensures the accurate setup of Planograms (POG) within the store.

SUPERVISORY DUTIES

Responsible for the full oversight of a multi-unit retail environment, including all personnel and operational responsibilities, such as hiring and training.

AVAILABILITY

Must be flexible to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum Experience: 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail.
