About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and screen potential candidates using multiple online resources
  • Conduct in-person interviews to evaluate candidates
  • Mentor and develop entry-level sales consultants
  • Participate in proposal development and pitching
  • Negotiate commercial terms and rates
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Prospecting experience required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales tools
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Adaptable, coachable, and curious
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
