Business Development Director

This is an exciting opportunity to join Spark Talent Inc as a Business Development Director, leading the charge in Metal Stamping and Tool & Die manufacturing. With a strong background in business development, you will spearhead initiatives to expand our client base and solidify our market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Spearhead business development initiatives, targeting new opportunities within the Metal Stamping and Tool & Die sectors.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, understanding their unique needs, and positioning services as premier solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to inform strategic planning and establish our company as a dominant force in the Tool & Die manufacturing landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project management and delivery that exceeds client expectations.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive 6-figure base salary, a monthly phone allowance of $50, and a monthly car allowance between $500-$600. Additionally, you will receive a 1% commission on all die manufacturing projects and programs brought into the company (value add) and a 1% commission on all production projects or programs for the duration of the program (value add). Your total compensation potential can reach up to $250k.
