Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Foster long-term, healthy business partnerships with existing customers by thoroughly understanding their needs, market trends, and industry changes.

2. Identify and explore potential customer needs and growth opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to develop targeted sales strategies and service plans.

3. Analyze customer sales data, performance metrics, and market feedback to provide growth insights and strategic recommendations to the Sales Director and clients.

4. Continuously monitor industry dynamics and competitor activities, combining customer feedback to provide market insights and trend forecasts for product and service improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Undergraduate degree or above in IT or Electronic-related fields.

2. 5+ years of experience in Key Account/BD, preferably in consumer electronics or telecom.

3. Excellent client relationship building, negotiation, and customer management skills.

4. Strong business insights, marketing sense, numeracy, and account analyzing skills.

5. Self-driven, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing environments.

6. US driving license is a plus.
