RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

1、Customer Relationship Maintenance and Deepening: Thoroughly understand and analyze the business needs, market trends, and industry changes of existing customers to provide customized solutions. Maintain and deepen long-term, healthy business partnerships.

2、Demand Exploration and Strategy Formulation: Proactively identify and excavate potential customer needs and growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (such as Product, Marketing, Operations, Finance, etc.) to develop targeted sales strategies and service plans, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3、Performance Analysis and Strategic Planning: Regularly track and analyze customer sales data, performance metrics, and market feedback. Provide growth insights and strategic recommendations to the Sales Director and clients, facilitating business decision-making and optimization.

4、Market Insight and Trend Prediction: Continuously monitor industry dynamics and competitor activities. Combining customer feedback, provide market insights and trend forecasts for the improvement of the company's products and services, helping the company maintain a competitive edge.


Qualifications:

1、Undergraduate Degree or above, IT/Electronic related majors preferred.

2、5 years+ experience in Key Account/BD (ideally consumer electronic/telecom).

3、Excellent client relationship building, negotiation skills & customer management skills.

4、Good business insights, marketing sense & numeracy, and account analyzing skills.

5、Self-driven, ability to cope with multiple tasks and to change the environment.

6、US driving license is a plus.
