About the Role

As a Technology Enhancement Strategist at Reed Technology and Information Services LLC, your primary objective is to foster efficiency and productivity by pinpointing and executing process advancements throughout the technology landscape. This role is integral to the technology division and involves collaboration with a team dedicated to ongoing process enhancements, best practices, agile coaching, metrics, dashboarding, and internal escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment of both existing and new service architectures across the product suite.
  • Oversee the execution of individual, ad-hoc initiatives and projects aimed at delivering continuous process improvement activities.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Architecture teams and external vendors to address global incidents and change-related issues.
  • Build and maintain cooperative working relationships with Commercial and Technology colleagues, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Facilitate effective change management throughout all process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching through constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement, idea sharing, and innovation delivery.
  • Define and manage live product monitoring and internal escalation procedures for all relevant products.
  • Implement system performance monitoring strategies.
  • Administer tools and processes, including Azure DevOps and Confluence, and integrate Sonar into existing DevOps practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven problem-solving experience, particularly in leading teams to identify, research, and implement effective resolutions.
  • Extensive experience in Agile coaching.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles.
  • Ability to facilitate and manage root cause analysis.
  • Experience in understanding and creating metrics dashboards.
  • Demonstrated experience in building, managing, and mentoring teams to achieve business objectives and project success.
  • History of developing and implementing successful change and improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced skills in process improvement.
  • Strong organizational, project planning, time management, and change management skills across various functional groups and departments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of service architecture and change management principles.
