Position Overview

As a Technology Enhancement Strategist, your mission is to foster operational efficiency and boost productivity by pinpointing and executing process improvements throughout the technology landscape. This role is integral to the technology division and involves collaboration with a team dedicated to ongoing enhancements, best practices, agile methodologies, metrics analysis, and internal escalations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the rollout of both existing and new service architectures across the product suite.
  • Oversee the execution of individual, ad-hoc projects aimed at driving continuous process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Architecture teams and external partners to address global incidents and change challenges.
  • Build and sustain cooperative relationships with Commercial and Technology colleagues, stakeholders, and teams.
  • Facilitate effective change management throughout all process improvement initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching through constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement, idea sharing, and innovation.
  • Establish and manage live product monitoring and internal escalation protocols for all relevant products.
  • Define and implement system performance monitoring strategies.
  • Administer tools and processes, including managing Azure DevOps, Confluence, and integrating Sonar into existing DevOps practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in problem-solving, leading teams to identify, research, and implement effective solutions.
  • Extensive background in Agile coaching.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles.
  • Ability to facilitate and manage root cause analysis.
  • Experience in developing metrics and creating dashboards.
  • Proficient in building, managing, and mentoring teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience in designing and executing successful change and improvement initiatives.
  • Advanced skills in process improvement.
  • Strong organizational, project planning, and time management abilities across various functional groups.
  • In-depth knowledge of service architecture and change management principles.
